Edward completed a Bachelor of Sport Science at Australian Catholic University and a Masters of Exercise physiology at the University of Sydney. He has been a personal trainer for over 2 and a half years and has a pain-free performance certification, helping a variety of people with musculoskeletal, cardio-metabolic and cardiovascular conditions.
Edward has a special interest in rehabilitation, helping people get back into and continue doing activities they enjoy, as well as the elderly population helping them manage and prevent conditions such as osteoporosis and sarcopenia (muscle loss). Eddie is an excellent communicator and knows that a one size fits all approach to programming does not work. He endeavours to find out what motivates and engages you to help put together a program that is right for you!
Out of the office you might find Eddie jogging around the streets of Dural or down at the local field showing off his soccer skills.
Edward now consults at Westpoint Health providing his Exercise Physiology services to the Blacktown, Seven Hills, Toongabbie, Doonside, Rooty Hill, Mount Druitt, Stanhope Gardens, Quakers Hill, Glenwood, Kellyville communities and surrounds.
